The Head of Operations oversees the company’s operational departments, ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of daily processes and procedures. The goal of the Head of Operations is to strengthen and optimize operational performance to support sustainable, mission-aligned growth. This role is responsible for improving operating efficiency, increasing order accuracy, maintaining strong cost controls, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Head of Operations oversees warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, and inventory management functions and works closely with procurement, sales, and finance to ensure operational feasibility and financial discipline across the business. This role focuses on execution, systems, accountability, and continuous improvement rather than setting overall corporate strategy.
