Ingredients
8 oz. fusilli Scratch Pasta
2 tbsp. butter
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 ¾ cup Marinara Sauce
¾ cup heavy cream
¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Directions
In a large pot, add water and a generous amount of salt. Bring the salted water to a boil. Add in the fusilli pasta. Cook according to package instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and then add in your minced garlic. Saute the minced garlic for one minute while you stir continuously. Add in your tomato sauce, cream, and Italian seasoning. Then, stir and allow the sauce to simmer. Once the sauce has reached your desired thickness, taste and add in as much salt and pepper as you like.
Drain your pasta and add it into your sauce. Stir to coat the pasta in the sauce. Serve immediately with grated parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
