Ingredients
- 2 6oz. salmon filets on a cedar plank
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp. cinnamon
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon.
Pat salmon filets dry and then brush with olive oil. Season with spice mixture. Place lemon slices and sprigs of rosemary on top of the salmon.
Place the salmon on the cedar planks on the grill. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until done to your liking.
