All you need for this recipe is a knife for spreading peanut butter and cutting the sandwich and a spoon to add a dollop of jam.
Here is how to make this recipe with purpose-fueled food that’s better for the prosperity of our planet and people.
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter from Big Spoon Roasters
- 1 tbsp. concord grape jam from Wenger Grape Farm
Spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread. Then, use the spoon to add the concord grape jam on top of the peanut butter. Use the knife to evenly spread the jam slightly combining it with the peanut butter. Place the last slice of bread on top.
The really important question is: Do you cut your sandwich into triangles or rectangles?
