A sandwich to hum-muse your taste buds. This recipe calls for Little Sesame Hummus made from regenerative organic chickpeas! Completely vegetarian, this sandwich is a good meatless alternative for a BLT and with Little Sesame’s different flavors of hummus you can really make this to your liking. This sandwich is a simple summertime lunch that you’ll keep coming back to.

Here is how to make this recipe with purpose-fueled food that’s better for the prosperity of our planet and people.


  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 leaves of bibb lettuce
  • 2 tbsp. Little Sesame hummus of your choice


Simply spread your hummus on the sourdough bread. Layer on your lettuce and tomato and top it off with the last slice of bread. Cut your sandwich in half and enjoy!
