Spring is the perfect time to enjoy fresh and vibrant vegetables like asparagus, and sautéing them is a great way to bring out their natural flavors. This recipe for sautéed asparagus is both easy and quick, making it the perfect side dish for any springtime meal. 


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 3 tsp. of butter
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic  
  • 1 tsp. Salt 
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions

Trim white root ends of asparagus 

Rinse asparagus in cold water

Place a skillet over medium heat

Add butter, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, and crushed red pepper, then stir well. 

Add asparagus to the skillet and cook to desired tenderness

Serve and enjoy!
