Ingredients
1 pack of Kinloch Farms’ Swedish Meatballs
1 box of Scratch Pasta’s Semolina Pappardelle Pasta
6 tbsp. butter
⅓ cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat your Swedish meatballs per the directions on the packaging.
Bring a salted pot of water to a boil on the stove. Add 1 bundle of noodles per person you are serving (or more noodles if you like). Stir and bring to a boil with the noodles in the water. Stir occasionally to break up the noodles. Boil for about 8-10 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.
Drain the water from the pasta. Add in the butter and salt and pepper. Stir to combine and melt the butter. Add parmesan cheese to the noodles and stir.
Remove the pasta from the heat and place into bowls. Add the desired amount of Swedish meatballs on top. Enjoy!
