Ingredients

  • 2 large peaches, halved
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Grease the baking pan with the butter. Halve your peaches and place them flesh side up in the pan.

In a measuring cup, whisk together the maple syrup and cinnamon. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the peaches. Bake the peaches for 28 minutes at 400 degrees, then broil for 2 minutes to slightly brown the tops.

Remove the baked peaches from the baking dish once cooled. Place the peaches in a sealed container and freeze them overnight.
